Design - to have trained and qualified engineers who can design chillers and other heat transfer equipment and systems from basic principles to enable FTR to deliver the optimal solution for customers.2. Manufacture - to have a knowledgeable and experience team who are able to build good quality equipment in the most cost effecitive manner.3. Partnership - to promote our dealership with Industrial Frigo srl of Italy, one of the largest industrial chiller manufactures, by holding large quantities of spares and stock of machines (chillers and temperature control units) for sales and delivery both here in the UK and overseas.3. Installation - to maintain own resources and relationships with key sub-contractors to ensure high quality and efficient installation.4. Commission - to maintain experienced and capable resources to allow our machines to be commissioned by competent staff.5. Service - to maintain experienced and capable staff to service and carry out preventative maintenance on installed machinery if made by FTR or otherwise.
