We are 2 small families based partnership producing an authentic homemade Hungarian sausage, following the traditional making sausage with the original recipe and only the finest Hungarian ingredients.After years of being in the Philippines we have been longing to try the real Hungarian sausage, with no luck of what are being sold in the market. So rather than settling with these so-called Hungarian sausages we decided to introduce the real Hungarian sausage to the Philippine market.So we went home, asked our grandparents for recipe advice and traveled to the province just to learn the art of making Hungarian sausage from the master sausage maker. With our families sending us the ingredients that we need from home, we can guarantee you that what we have are authentic Hungarian sausages made by true-born Hungarians.
