We have managed projects as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, and on a Design/Build basis. As General Contractor or Construction Manager, the primary function we perform on any project is the coordination of the phases of the construction. Project coordination requires two things: a practical, workable plan and the ability to bring the many parties together to complete the plan efficiently.
