About Kalakai

Kalakai, a school social network which leans reading comprehension skill in K-5 students. Our model provides an adaptive training system with customized masive contents for every student. Furthermore, we specialize in cheering, encouraging and monitoring school communities, as well as in giving relevant information for teachers, educational managers, parents and children. Our professional team brings together diverse talents and backgrounds: educators, engineers, philosophers, IT architects, designers, journalists, actors, writers, etc. This team have developed a production model essentially based in academic value generation, individually and collectively, in recreational environments. For that purpose, we use technologies that belong to this digital natives generation. We make our contribution respecting, valuing and fueling the hierarchy and the sociologically established role of schools, teachers and families involved into the formative process of this generation. Inside Yagantec we: study, think, learn, doubt, talk and create. We ask, show, adjust, make decisions, improve and advance. We do that every day, cultivating the mutual respect for each other, valuing the divergent opinion and the positivism of the critic.
