DecKom Consulting represents an alliance of independent consultants. Combining expertise from different disciplines, we assist our clients in the transition phase enabling them to reach their goals. We create value by facilitating the execution of the chosen strategies through optimizing the financial awareness (Management Information Systems, Forecast, Cash Flow & Establishment of internal controls) and by ensuring the organizational readiness to adapt the strategies (Organization, Incentive schemes and Identification of cultural challenges). In addition, we make the investors able to achieve the full benefit from their investment, by measuring and provide guiding to optimize the brand value of the company. We are able to:• Take on the role as CXO in the relevant area, taking care of the day-to-day business, while the established management are set free to focus on implementation of the strategies. • Take charge of the change process; we have all had longstanding high-level managerial experience and we benefit from our extensive network of highly skilled professionals. • Be enrolled as non-executive members of the Board of Directors or the Advisory Board.
