Founder and Clinical Nutritionist-Dietitian Mitka Maria, MS, RDN, LDN created Maria Mitka as a personal solution to her own health struggles. Growing up, she suffered from migraines, digestion issues, hormonal disorders, acne, and anxiety thinking this was her normal — she had no idea that there was a connection with food — and as a scientist at heart, she guinea pigged different lifestyles and diets to see what worked. So, she creates a revolutionary weight loss, anti-aging, wellness solution which is Life-Changing, Proven, Easy to follow and Flexible.Maria Mitka's philosophy has been put into practice by coaching thousands of clients over the past 20 years globaly, combining a whole-body wellness perspective with her vast scientific background and a modern creative spin to make it laid back, simple, and fun.
