OBX Computing Corporation is a global, cloud services company delivering control, communication, computational, and storage products from a unique platform. Its platform is low- cost, eco-friendly, distributed data centers (D2C) created by its GENIIUS SYSTEM. The D2C is created from a network/grid of GENIIUS LED’s. The distributed nature of lighting makes it the perfect “trojan horse” to create the D2C. GENIIUS LED’s contain a technology-enhanced microprocessor that can reside inside or outside the LED lamp/fixture. Each GENIIUS LED includes a unique IP address, extended Wi-Fi connectivity, encrypted communication, and various other functionality. The GENIIUS SYSTEM can wirelessly provide enhanced lighting control and communication while aggregating the compute capacity resident in the GENIIUS LED’s (and storage devices as configured) and provides the gateway to monetization of the compute capacity in the cloud market. All of this is done in the background, while the GENIIS LED’s are operating and reducing energy consumption from lighting.
