Quantum CX created a system that motivates smiling to enhance customer service quality. By detecting smiles and incentivizing behavior, sales and customer satisfactions grew, and employees felt better about themselves. Sensors automatically detect and count smiles. The employee is givens points whenever they smile during a customer interaction or when a customer smiles back. Employees exchange points from their own smiles for prizes and customer's smiles for charity donations. Thanks to that everyone has a good reason to smile. Observation effects makes employees try harder so their overall service excellent results get better. Additionally, the atmosphere at work becomes nicer and customers are more satisfied with the service.
