U.sit is a digital intelligence system that operates as an interface between bars, restaurants, and their customers. The system has four modules: a waitlist management system module that manages the restaurant’s waitlist and notifies customers through SMS when their table is ready, a reservation management module that allows restaurants to control their reservations and notify customers of pending reservations, an analytics module that provides detailed information on the restaurant’s wait and reservation operation, and a CRM module that delivers collected customer information.
