ACTIWHEY is a whey protein that Uniq Bioresearch Oy activates by developing and patenting the process of active whey protein. Activation provides new opportunities for using whey protein in capsule coating and replacing gelatin in health products and microencapsulating various ingredients such as omega-3 oils, liposomes, prebiotics and probiotics as well as fruit and berry seed oil that are almost impossible or too expensive to microencapsulate with the old production methods.
