About VacuVortex

The VacuVortex by CEVTA (Conard External Vortex Turbulence Attenuator) is a unique device which is designed to reduce the exhaust turbulence of many brands of industrial, commercial, and "home-use" wet/dry vacuum cleaners with minimal reduction in the suction efficiency. The device is adaptable to most any wet/dry vacuum cleaner with circular exhaust ports. Another advantage is that it reduces the noise generated from the unit, as well as captures particles which may bypass the main filter installed inside the unit. This increases the efficiency of the filtering capability. The VacuVortex incorporates a patent pending, unique system of baffles which not only redistributes the exhaust but also creates a vortex around the device minimizing the turbulence caused from the naked port. This device has been specifically designed for situations involving areas with sensitive airborne particles such as spackle-dust, saw-dust, and the like, where final cleaning should be short, efficient, and non-redundant.For example, the VacuVortex is ideal in closed-spaces where fresh paint or floor sealant has been applied and is vulnerable to airborne particles ruining the job just completed. The VacuVortex easily attaches to a circular exhaust port like those found on "RIDGID" & "Shop-Vac" brand wet/dry vacuums.
