In Vai, we are building an App that will offer university students an affordable carpooling service that will allow them to reduce costs, make friends, and help the environment. Through the use of economies of waste, members of college communities can be either passengers or drivers as they will linked with other users of the community who share the same route in order to fill every available spot in the driver's car. We are focused on offering a simple but efficient service with clear communication between passengers and drivers, security through several institutional filters, and multiple electronic payment methods. We plan on launching Vai in January and in 5 years we aspire to be the primary method of commuting to college in all of Latin America.
