Credits are used to limit access to email information on ConnectFlux.ai. Each billing cycle, you will receive a certain number of credits based on your subscription plan. These credits can be used to access email information in our database and export CSV files. Once you've used up your credits for the billing cycle, you will need to wait for the next cycle to receive new credits, or you can upgrade your subscription plan to receive additional credits.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and destruction. These measures include secure servers, firewalls, encryption, and access controls. Yes, you can cancel your subscription or change your plan at any time. To do so, simply log in to your account and access your account settings. From there, you can cancel your subscription or switch to a different plan. Please note that when canceling a subscription, you may still have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.
